RETURN & REFUND POLICY (SERVICES)

1. Nature of Services

Royyalexport provides professional services including but not limited to consultation, digital services, business facilitation, advisory support, documentation assistance, and related services.


2. No Automatic Refund Policy

All payments made for services are non-refundable by default once services have commenced.


3. Eligibility for Refund Consideration

Refunds may only be considered under the following limited circumstances:

  • Duplicate payments
  • Proven billing errors
  • Services not rendered due to fault solely attributable to the Company


4. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided for:

  • Change of mind
  • Business decision changes
  • Regulatory rejections or authority decisions
  • Delays caused by third parties
  • Failure to provide required documents or information
  • Non-compliance by the client
  • External platform or authority decisions
  • Unsuccessful applications or outcomes


5. Refund Process

All refund requests must be submitted in writing via official communication channels with supporting documentation. Approval of any refund is at the sole discretion of Noble Mount Sdn Bhd.


6. Processing Time

Approved refunds (if any) will be processed within a reasonable timeframe subject to internal review procedures and payment provider timelines.



7. Service Commitment

By engaging Royyalexport services, clients acknowledge that payment is made for professional service delivery and effort, not for guaranteed outcomes or results.
